hello.

Don't be fooled by my "cool-kid" pose.
Underneath it is a recovering perfectionist who's spent the past 25+ years helping organizations make sense of ambitious ideas. Somewhere along the way, I learned that perfection isn't the goal.
Clarity is.
I've been fortunate to spend the past 25+ years moving between agencies, Fortune 500 companies, startups, and entrepreneurial ventures—helping launch the first professional baseball league across the Middle East and South Asia, reimagine heritage brands, build global technology platforms, create national campaigns, and develop ideas spanning sports, healthcare, entertainment, AI, and finance.
On paper, those industries couldn't look more different.
In practice, they've always been the same job.
Finding clarity.
The projects were different. The lesson was always the same:
The most meaningful creative work begins with a story worth telling.
Everything else—branding, campaigns, presentations, photography, music, leadership, and design—is simply another way of telling that story.
That's why I spend less time asking, "What should we make?" and more time asking questions like...
Why does this matter?
Who is this really for?
What's getting in the way?
How do we make something complicated feel obvious?
That's the work I love most.
I enjoy leading talented people, building brands from the ground up, simplifying complex problems, and creating work that people remember long after the campaign ends. Not because it won an award, but because it actually meant something.
Outside of work, life is wonderfully less strategic.
I'm usually chasing my twins around the house with my wife, writing songs that may or may not ever see the light of day, taking photographs because I can't help myself, or planning our next adventure.
I'm also a musician, photographer, curious traveler, former Junior Olympic athlete, and multilingual Slovak-American.
I'm also fairly certain sour cream & onion chips qualify as a food group.
My doctor continues to disagree.
Beer league hockey, the occasional video game, and finding the best pho restaurant also rank surprisingly high on my list of priorities. (Fortunately, not necessarily in that order.)
If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that great creative is never just about the work.
It's about the people who trust you with their story.
If you think we might build something meaningful together...
I'd love to connect.
Brands I've helped grow, launch and transform.
